I’ve used it for 6 day’s so far and the last two nights my sleep has finally started to improve. I’ve been feeling good in the mornings. My sleep was pretty crappy but the last two day’s I’ve been able to stay asleep the entire night and my sleep stats on my Garmin also shows improvements. I’ll try to check in later after some more use.
