Shipping Policy
Shipping Destinations: Battle Born Peptides LLC currently delivers products exclusively within the United States. We WILL NOT ship outside of the United States from www.battlebornresearch.com.
Shipping Methods and Fees: The shipping method will be chosen during payment or checkout. Battle Born Peptides will make its best effort to ship all orders within one (1) business day of receiving payment. Orders placed before 10 PM EST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays and weekends), will ship the same day the order is placed. Orders placed after 10 PM EST will ship the next business day. However, please note that this process could take up to four (4) business days.
Available shipping methods and fees will be shown as options when completing your online order once the delivery address has been updated. Typical time of arrival for USPS Ground Advantage is 3-5 business days, 2-4 business days for USPS Priority, and 1-2 business days for USPS Express. Please note that these time of arrival estimates are calculated from the day your order ships, excluding any USPS delays or holidays.
Order Tracking: Tracking information will be emailed to you when your shipping label is generated. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking to be updated. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Large Orders: Please note that larger orders may require additional verification.
Shipping Disclaimer: Battle Born Peptides uses third-party shipping providers that sometimes experience delays beyond its control. Battle Born Peptides makes no guarantees regarding delivery times once your order has left its warehouse.
Refund Policy
Final Sale: Generally, all sales are final. Battle Born Peptides does not accept returns or exchanges, except possibly for Product Quality, nor does it issue refunds for products except as required by law.
Exceptions:
• Product Quality Guarantee: All products are lab-tested, with results published on our website. If you have the product tested at any HPLC-licensed facility and receive negative results, we will refund the cost of the HPLC test, the total order amount, and the shipping fee. If you receive a shipment that is missing an item or contains damaged products, please contact Battle Born Peptides immediately at [email protected]. Supporting documentation (e.g., photos) may be requested to assess the situation. Battle Born Peptides will work to promptly provide a satisfactory resolution based on the extent of the issue.
• Chargeback Policy: Battle Born Peptides takes chargebacks very seriously. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving any issues and providing a satisfactory solution. Unauthorized chargebacks may lead you to be placed on our do not sell list and legal action may be taken.
