Gonadorelin is the native GnRH decapeptide sequence and is used where an unmodified reference ligand is required rather than a superagonist. Human chorionic gonadotropin is a glycoprotein studied for its interaction with the LH/CG receptor, and is distinct from the small peptides listed alongside it in both molecular weight and handling.
