From Gainesville and Tallahassee down to Tampa, Orlando and Miami, Battle Born Peptides delivers lyophilized research peptides and laboratory reagents to Florida research institutions, licensed researchers, universities and laboratory R&D purchasers. Most Florida parcels arrive within 3 to 5 business days under tracking, and every product has its reverse-phase HPLC result posted for review ahead of purchase. Florida purchasers may also note that our terms and conditions are governed by Florida law.

Delivery to Florida

Six cities, one window. Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Gainesville and Tallahassee each sit 3 to 5 business days out from dispatch, and that span holds whether a parcel is bound for the panhandle or for the southern tip of the peninsula. The table below sets them out city by city. Tracking is attached as the order leaves. Above $100 the delivery itself is free.

Everything leaves dry and sealed, moving at ambient temperature with no refrigerated leg anywhere in the route. A Florida carton is built like any other carton we send out. Once a signature is on it, the material comes under the procedures the receiving laboratory keeps, and we play no part in writing those.

Receiving a shipment at a Florida address

Research here is spread across six metros rather than gathered into one, which means a great many different receiving desks. At the University of Florida, the University of Miami, Florida State, the University of South Florida and the University of Central Florida alike, a carrier scan records arrival at a central point, and departmental distribution adds anything from an hour to a working day beyond it. Lake Nona and the Jupiter cluster tend to work through building reception instead — usually quicker, rarely instant.

A Thursday order and a closed dock

A Thursday dispatch, given three to five business days, puts a parcel into the weekend, when a Gainesville or Tallahassee dock is unlikely to be staffed. Ordering Monday or Tuesday keeps the delivery inside the week. Dispatch sends out a tracking reference, and that reference is what lets a receiving desk expect a parcel rather than stumble on it.

The inspection is short enough to finish at the desk: count the vials, look over each seal and crimp for transit damage, then match the colors on crimp and cap to the analysis for that product. Where something disagrees, send both references our way before the order goes any further. Our checklist for an arriving order covers the steps, and the lyophilized peptide note accounts for the dry plug sitting at the base of the vial.

Research institutions and industry in Florida

Florida’s research base is spread across the state rather than concentrated in one city: the University of Florida in Gainesville, the University of Miami, Florida State University in Tallahassee, the University of South Florida in Tampa and the University of Central Florida in Orlando. The Max Planck Florida Institute for Neuroscience in Jupiter adds a major independent research operation on the southeast coast. Departmental and core-facility purchasing from any of these is routine for us.

Jupiter and the wider Palm Beach corridor have grown a genuine life-science cluster over the past two decades, and Orlando’s Lake Nona district has drawn independent laboratories and research institutes into a single campus. Private R&D purchasers in either are handled on the same terms as university departments, and where a formal supplier review applies we are glad to supply what a qualification file asks for — see building a supplier qualification file.

What we supply

Florida’s research base has no single center: five large university systems from Gainesville down to Miami, the Max Planck Florida Institute for Neuroscience up in Jupiter, the Lake Nona district in Orlando, and the Palm Beach life-science corridor that has grown up around them across two decades. Spread that widely, a catalog has to be navigable from any direction, so ours is ordered by the receptor system or pathway at work, with nothing filed under a claimed result. A category opens to show its items, its vial sizes and its prices:

That same range, vial sizes and all, runs unbroken at the page’s foot, for Florida buyers who would rather scan than click.

How purity is established

Reverse-phase HPLC is applied to everything in the catalog, by a laboratory independent of us. Vials are not lot numbered, so crimp color and cap color together are the reference back to the analysis — worth knowing before a shipment is broken down and distributed between benches in Tampa or Jupiter.

How to read an HPLC chromatogram handles the trace. Net peptide content versus purity separates two figures that look interchangeable and are not, and the meaning of third-party testing covers what the phrase actually asserts.

Buying from Florida

A Gainesville department, a Miami core facility, a Jupiter institute and an independent laboratory at Lake Nona all order on identical terms, and every one of them falls inside the four categories we sell to: universities, licensed researchers, research institutions and laboratory R&D purchasers. That boundary does not bend for a first order or a large one. Purchase orders run smoothest when the conversation starts before the paperwork does, so write to us ahead of raising one. Programs repeating an assay across a year can ask about volume pricing, and under $100 the checkout page shows a delivery charge before payment is taken.

Product identity, what a vial contains, how its analysis reads, where an order stands: four questions we answer daily. Preparation, handling and dosing are not on that list, in Florida or anywhere else, and no amount of asking moves them onto it, since the qualified researcher and the institution hold them. On who qualifies, read who can buy research chemicals. On how invoices run, read purchase orders and lab accounts.

Regulatory status in Florida

One Florida particular is worth separating out: our terms and conditions are governed by Florida law, which says nothing about the regulatory standing of the products themselves. That standing is federal. Under it nothing here holds FDA approval for administration to humans or animals, and nothing is sold for diagnosis, for treatment or for any other clinical use, leaving in-vitro laboratory research as the whole of the intended scope. Requirements a Florida institution places on its own purchasers sit above that and belong to the purchaser.

Questions from Florida purchasers

How long does delivery to Miami or Tampa take?

Usually 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, and each Florida parcel is tracked. Orlando, Jacksonville, Gainesville and Tallahassee see the same window.

Who is eligible to purchase in Florida?

Florida research institutions, licensed researchers, universities and laboratory R&D purchasers. Each one confirms their eligibility when checking out, and orders from consumers are not accepted.

Which law governs the sale?

Our terms and conditions are governed by Florida law, which for a Florida purchaser means the governing law and the delivery address are the same jurisdiction.

Can I see the analysis before ordering to Florida?

Yes. The independent reverse-phase HPLC result for each product is published on it, so a Florida lab can review the analysis before placing its order.

Is shipping to Florida free?

It is for Florida orders over $100. Smaller Florida orders show their shipping cost at checkout, so it is clear before payment.

Nearby coverage

Florida anchors the Southeast end of our network, and we also supply laboratories in the neighboring states:

Outside the Southeast, research buyers in every other state order from the same catalog Florida labs use, on the same terms.

Gainesville to Miami, Florida labs can find every vial size and published test in one catalog.

Research use only

Qualified laboratory staff working in vitro are the intended users, and the buyer has to be a laboratory R&D purchaser, a university, a research institution or a licensed researcher. Outside that boundary nothing here applies: no FDA clearance covers giving these compounds to a person or an animal; no therapeutic, preventive or diagnostic purpose is claimed for any of them; they belong to no consumer category, whether food, supplement, cosmetic, drug or device; and onward sale, repackaging or veterinary supply is prohibited outright — all of it stated formally in our research-use terms, and explained in what research use only means.

Compounds catalogued

Every compound below is supplied as a laboratory reference material for in-vitro research use only. Names and vial sizes are listed for identification; no property or use is claimed for any of them.
